Puding Roti @ Senangnya Memasak Chef Hanieliza


Assalamualaikum..


Hari tu ambik roti yang dah nak expired kat office, bawa balik rumah dan buat puding roti..
Sayang kan kalau tak makan..
Dah lama tak main masak2..dapur blog ni pon dah lama tak berasap kan..hehe




Resepi ni sy ambik dr buku "Senangnya Memasak Chef Hanieliza"
Memang senang sangatla sebab buku ni ada step by step bergambar..
Bahan2 pon senang jer..
Alah, stakat puding roti jer pon..mana2 resepi pon sedap sebenarnya..
Tapi untuk resepi puding roti yang kesekian kalinya sy buat ni, kali ni try resepi yang ni pulak..
Hasilnya juga tak pernah mengecewakan wa cakap lu..hehe




Bahan-Bahan Puding Roti:-

Bahan A

2 Cawan susu segar
8 Keping roti putih

Bahan B

4 sudu makan gula
2 sudu makan mentega
2 biji telur
Esen vanilla
1 sudu makan tepung jagung


Bahan C

2 sudu makan kismis hitam (yang ni sy agak2 jer, ambik kismis Qayyum)


Bahan D (sos kastad)

1 tin susu cair
2 sudu makan tepung kastad
2 sudu gula


Cara-Cara:-



1. Satukan bahan A, koyakkan roti dan rendam roti sehingga kembang




2. Pukul bahan B sehingga sebati (telur, tepung kastad, gula & mentega)
Adunan macam ketul2 sikit disebabkan oleh mentega.tapi takpe rasanya, nanti masuk oven dia akan cair..




3. Campur adunan telur ke dalam adunan roti, kemudian masukkan kismis dan masukkan dalam loyang

4. Sy bakar pada suhu 160 C selama 40 minit..dalam buku bakar 180 C selama 30 minit..
oven sy kecik jer takut hangus, lagipon dah lama tak buat kuih kan..jd perlulah berhati2 sket..

5. Untuk sos kastad, campur jer susu cair, gula & tepung kastad dalam periuk. kacau sebati & masak sehingga pekat..tp sy guna jer susu kotak marigold tu..malas nak bukak susu cair..


Final produk lupa plak nak ambik gambar..hehe..
Puding roti ni sy bawa office untuk dimakan bersama kawan2..
