Donut Simple - Step By Step

Hari tu terajin plak nk try test and error buat donut..seumur hidup sy kn mmg xpenah buah donut ni..tp hari tu saja-saja nak asah skil memasak konon kn..

Rupa-rupanya senang sangat macam kacang goreng jek..

Dah jadi..

Resepi dah lupa ambik kt mana sbb sy suka salin kt kertas lepas tuh tang hilang mana2..

Bahan-Bahan:-

4 cawan tepung gamdum
5 sudu gula
2 sudu susu pekat manis
2 sudu susu tepung (sy guna susu ammar qayyum..hahaha)
2 susu mentega (cairkan)
1 cawan air suam
1 paket yis
1 biji telur
*sukatan cawan sy guna cawan minum kopi, bukan mug yer..

Cara-caranya:-

1. Campurkan gula, susu pekat, susu tepung & 1 cawan air..kacau hingga gula larut


2. Cairkan butter, kemudian ketepikan biar sejuk dulu..


3. Ini adalah rupa yis mauripan yg sy gunakan..mauripan ni brand yg agak pupolar utk buat roti juga..Campurkan yis ke dalam adunan susu & gula..biarkan adunan dalam 10 minit sehingga berbuih..



4. Pukul telur kemudian campurkan dengan butter yang telah dicairkan..kacau sebati..



5.selepas 10 minit, campukan adunan telur ke dalam adunan yis..kacau sebati..


6. Kemudian masukkan adunan yis ke dalam tepung..gaulkan sebati..sy gunakan senduk kayu sbb adunan ni mmg lembik..tapi xper, biarkan jer lembik..xperlu tambah tepung sbb nnt masa uli boleh letak tepung..


7. Bila dah sebati, doh perlu direhatkan sehingga naik 2 kali ganda selama 45 minit - 1 jam..



8. Bila doh donut dah kembang spt gambar di atas, tumbuk bagi hilang angin dan bolehla canai bentuk donut..adunan ni mmg lembik..so letak banyak2 tepung dekat tangan masa menguli..

9. Jangan ketawa yer tgk donut sy..ada kurus, ada gemuk..suka hati jer..lepas donut dah dibentuk..rehatkan lagi sehingga donut nmpk gemuk sket sebelum di goreng..berapa byk berehat daa donut ni..




Tada..donut ni mmg lembut..bayk jugak dapat, mmg xhabis mkn 2 org. jadi sy bagi jiran-jiran sebelah, atas & bawah rumah..
